Earth Community Celebration!!! 11/10-11/18

I am so grateful to this Earth, to this Shenandoah Valley that called me here 15 years ago, and to all who have received me and contributed to my life since then and to those who will choose to play with me in the future.

The Earth asked and I took a deep breath and said YES! to offering An Invitation to Communion…Are you willing to say YES! too? Join me for this experience of co-creation and communion with the Earth as we clear our fears, judgments, and limitations and Rise Up to create more for all.

This weekend is a celebration of that YES! of the Earth and of the Community of possibilities we can create with the Earth and each other.

I’m grateful to be joined by Greg Burns of who will share his healing soundwork Saturday at 7 pm…perhaps leading us in chanting and then bathing us in sound as he is guided…and Mukanday Moore who will guide us through a Kundalini Yoga experience Sunday at 8 am.  Both of these amazing practitioners are offering their talents for a donation of $10 each.  Bring mats, blankets, cushions as you feel called.

Mukanday met her spiritual teacher, Yogi Bhajan, at the age of 21. From that time, she has lived a life based in the traditions of Kundalini yoga and meditation. Working first on her self, that she may share with others this deeply in-tuning, inspiring process. When she teaches, she makes the teachings of Kundalini yoga real and accessible. Intro, Potluck and Pipe ceremony are free (donations gratefully accepted).  Pipe ceremony will be outside, dress accordingly and bring a camp chair if you desire.
An Invitation to Communion… is offered at $111.  If you feel called and that energy exchange would be a barrier, let’s talk about what else is possible!  Please dress comfortably and in layers as we may be outside some.  Bring your lunch.  Please arrive between 930 and 945 so we won’t disturb the yoga class and can start as planned.  Please Pre-register (even if Sunday morning!) as space is limited.
